Bhasha on the web: Additional Terms

Effective: October 29, 2026

These terms apply to Bhasha on the web. They are between you and Eldren Holdings LLC ("Eldren Labs", "we", "us"). They apply alongside the Eldren Labs General Terms at https://eldrenlabs.com/terms and the Bhasha Additional Terms at https://eldrenlabs.com/bhasha/terms.

These web terms control web-specific accounts, licences and purchases where those documents differ. The General Terms govern other matters, including liability and disputes, subject to section 9 below. Apple and App Store provisions do not govern web purchases. These terms do not reduce rights attached to an earlier purchase or rights that consumer law does not allow you to waive.

Our web Privacy Policy at /privacy explains how we handle personal data. Accepting these terms is not consent to analytics.

1. Using Bhasha

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Bhasha on the web and its content for your own non-commercial learning. We keep all rights we do not expressly grant. Do not resell content or access, scrape the service, bypass access controls, or misuse it. Exceptions allowed by law still apply. The General Terms and Bhasha Terms govern acceptable use, your content, Community contributions and AI features. AI answers can be wrong. Check anything important. How we use AI to build Bhasha and make lessons is explained in section 10 of the Bhasha Terms, "How we use AI" (https://eldrenlabs.com/bhasha/terms#how-we-use-ai).

Bhasha is for ages 13 and over. Onboarding stops for anyone under 13. If you are 13–17, you need a parent's or guardian's permission where the law requires it. Usage measurement is off for this age group.

Adda. The Adda public profile is available on the web on the same terms as in the Bhasha Additional Terms (section 7, "Adda"): it is for adults aged 18 and over and is not offered to anyone who told us they are under 18, your name, avatar and posts are visible to other signed-in Bhasha users, objectionable names, avatars and abuse are not allowed, and we review reports and may hide profiles and posts. You can turn Adda off at any time, which deletes your profile and posts.

2. Your account and browser

You can use the free app worldwide, subject to applicable law. Much of it works without an account. Signed-out learning data stays in your browser. Clearing that data may permanently remove it.

Sign in to use account features or buy a plan. Available methods include Apple, Google and email. Use the same sign-in method across devices. A different method may create a separate account that we cannot merge. Signed-in learning data syncs through our servers. Keep your sign-in secure and tell support@eldrenlabs.com about suspected misuse.

Features depend on your browser, connection and permissions. Your browser may remove offline downloads. Notifications and microphone access are optional and can be turned off in browser settings.

3. Web purchases and automatic renewal

Eldren Holdings LLC is the seller. RevenueCat runs checkout and subscription management. Stripe processes payments. Web sales are currently available only in the United States. The free app remains available worldwide, subject to applicable law.

Before you give billing information or agree to buy, checkout shows the plan's features, total price and taxes. For a subscription, it also shows that it renews automatically, the renewal price, billing interval, cancellation deadline and how to cancel. Any introductory offer and the price that follows it are disclosed there. Prices, intervals and allowances come from the offer and checkout, not this document.

We obtain your express consent to recurring charges before charging you. Your subscription renews at the price and interval shown at checkout unless you cancel or agree to a later change. We send a confirmation you can keep with the renewal terms and cancellation instructions. We will remind you before an annual plan renews. We also send other renewal, offer-ending and change notices required by law.

Cancel online in one place: Profile > Manage billing. You can stop renewal at any time before the next renewal. No phone call or cancellation fee is required. Your cancellation is recorded when you complete it. Paid access continues until the end of the period already paid for, then the cancellation takes effect. Earlier cancellation or refunds required by law still apply. If you cannot access billing, email support@eldrenlabs.com for help, including cancellation.

The same rules apply to an AI add-on subscription. Cancelling an add-on does not cancel Lifetime. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel your web subscription first through Profile > Manage billing. Apple purchases must be managed through Apple.

A failed payment may be retried. If payment is not completed, paid access may end. This does not itself delete your saved learning data. Use the same account for access across devices. Check for an existing Apple subscription before buying to avoid duplicate billing.

We may update plans for legal, security, technical or operational reasons, or to improve the service. We will give advance notice of material changes and any rights to cancel that the law requires. A price increase applies only to a later renewal after notice and any consent required by law. We will not treat silence or continued use as consent where express consent is required. We will honour the paid period and the Lifetime benefits promised at purchase, subject to lawful changes and service closure under section 5.

4. Refunds and statutory cancellation

Where the law where you live gives you a right to cancel or to a refund, you keep it.

Otherwise, web payments are non-refundable, including renewals, unused time, Lifetime and add-ons. Cancelling renewal does not itself refund the current period. The additional voluntary refund promises in sections 4–6 of the Bhasha Terms apply to App Store purchases, not new web purchases under these terms. This does not remove a promise already made to you.

Email support@eldrenlabs.com about a refund or billing error. We correct duplicate or mistaken charges. Contacting us is not a condition of exercising statutory rights or disputing a charge with your payment provider.

If EU, EEA or UK withdrawal rights apply, you normally have 14 days after the contract is made to cancel. Email us a clear statement that you wish to cancel, with enough information to identify the purchase. You do not have to use a particular form.

For digital content supplied immediately, checkout asks you separately to agree that supply starts straight away and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once supply starts. That right ends only when the law permits it and all required consent, acknowledgement and confirmation steps have been completed. If they have not, you keep the right. Agreeing to these terms alone is not that consent.

For an ongoing service, starting immediately does not by itself end the withdrawal right. If you expressly request an early start and then withdraw, you may owe only a lawful proportionate amount for service already supplied. Any loss of the right on full performance requires the consent and acknowledgement required by law. Rights concerning faulty or misdescribed content or services remain intact.

5. Bhasha Lifetime

Lifetime is a one-time purchase for the life of the Bhasha product, not your lifetime. It includes the learning features described at checkout: courses and lessons, lesson and word audio, grammar, offline lessons, practice, hand-off lessons and Mistake review. It includes future courses and lessons while Bhasha is offered. Any commitment to other future features is the one shown when you buy. Fair-use and safety rules apply.

Lifetime does not include paid Ask Bhasha AI chat or Ask Bhasha Voice. Those require a separate AI add-on subscription. Any free AI access available to accounts is separate from Lifetime. Lesson and word audio is included without the add-on.

Lifetime belongs to the Bhasha account that bought it. It cannot be sold, transferred or shared. Buying it does not cancel an existing subscription. Deleting that account ends its access, so contact us first if you need help retaining your purchase.

If we permanently close Bhasha, Lifetime access ends. We will give reasonable advance notice in the app and by email where we have your address. We do not promise a shutdown refund beyond what the law requires. Your statutory remedies remain available.

6. Ending access

You can stop using Bhasha or request account deletion in Profile settings. Cancel any renewing web subscription first in Profile > Manage billing.

We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated misuse, to protect the service or other users, or where the law requires it. Where reasonable, we will explain why and give you a chance to resolve the issue. A good-faith billing complaint is not itself misuse. We do not promise a refund beyond the law for new web purchases under these terms. Statutory rights and earlier purchase promises remain intact.

7. Changes to these terms

The reasons, notice requirements and protections in section 17 of the General Terms apply. Material changes are notified before they take effect. We seek fresh acceptance where required. Changes do not apply retroactively or remove existing purchase rights. Changes to arbitration follow section 17.3 of the General Terms, including its right to reject a change.

8. Governing law

As in section 18 of the General Terms, Florida law governs, without its conflict-of-law rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs arbitration. You keep mandatory consumer protections where you live. Court venues and your right to bring a claim locally are as stated in the General Terms. EU, EEA, UK and Swiss consumers can bring claims in the courts where they live.

9. Disputes, arbitration and your opt-out

Section 19 of the General Terms applies on its stated conditions, only to covered US disputes. Unless you opt out or an exception applies, you and we resolve those disputes by individual arbitration rather than a judge or jury. Its class and representative action waiver applies only to the extent lawful. All its exclusions, consumer protections and remedies remain available, including public injunctive relief where it cannot be waived.

Either party may bring an eligible individual claim in small claims court as section 19.5 allows. Arbitration and the class waiver do not apply to consumers outside the United States under that section.

You can opt out by email within 30 days after first accepting these web terms. Email support@eldrenlabs.com with the subject "Arbitration opt-out", your name and your account email or sign-in, if any. No reason is needed. This expressly supplements section 19.12 of the General Terms by providing this web acceptance window even if you previously accepted the General Terms. The postal option and any longer available opt-out window remain. A timely opt-out is permanent, covers section 19 including its class waiver for all Covered Products and future versions, and does not affect your other terms or access. An earlier valid opt-out remains valid. Court claims then follow section 18 of the General Terms.

Nothing here waives a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
